It’s been years since I’ve logged in. I thought I’d try it out again :-S

It’s not wise to simply slap together a proposal for a client. They will know and it’s just not good practice. However, with quality control you need time. Lots of it.
The fine line between over-thinking a section and getting your point across efficiently is the difference between spending 2 hours or 10 hours putting together a proposal.
I will find that sweet spot soon enough and begin churning out quality, well laid out proposals. All this from a dude who took ONE writing class his entire life :)
